    Hierarchical, antiquated company masquerading as a tech company, which it is not. Really old school management styles and expectations.

    Get rid of toxic managers and overall toxic work environment.

    Below market pay and bonus rate for the industry and the position. Unlimited PTO is a bait and switch. Flexible work location is lip service. More than lip service to these areas would be really nice.
