Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

An increase would sure be nice

If i got paid on time i think id feel better than, oh and the penalty wages that are owed to me as well. Then i think id definitely feel better about working there.

I sell thousands of dollars of merchandise a day, interact with customers who come to the store specifically to work with me and then spend large bucks. I make .75 more than minimum wage. I could make more at Target and do less work.

They do not take the Covid situation seriously. Workers have tested positive and management has deliberately not informed all the employees of the situation, particularly those that have been in regular contact. It is a dangerous environment working
