I ordered a chair and sofa Aug 2021.I have tried to cancel the soft (yes it was a custom order) but customer service one day says they will send in cancel request and the next day say it can't be cancelled. since delivery date has been pushed back to Jul 2022 so why cant I cancel. Doubt it is made
