pricing and loyalty members with rewards .. system froze and took 2 hrs to get an order .. on hold 25 mins, supervisor was 10th in queue and can’t find rewards even though Williams Sonoma in store said I am in system for rewards by my phone number. I want discounts applied to last 3 purchas
