Daily encouragement. Even when you are not performing to par, managers will do what they can to help. We are a team and nobody succeeds unless we all do. This is evident and appreciated by all.

Vacation/sick time. Should make some sort of commission based on high sales per hour though

Every DM leadership is different, the location that I started was very professional, My teferences exceeded me. So it was a good fit and team. That GM was very professional and respected.
