Started very positive and am steadily loosing enthusiasm
What are some of the best things about your team?
Passion to do a great job on projects at WLS. Great spirit and support of each other.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
@WLS, we will get the job completed and delivered as promised. I do not see that from some of the other divisions.
What makes you most happy at work?
Delivering the systems with all requirements met that were promised to our customers according to the project plan, then seeing the positive reaction and feedback from our customers.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I personally have no interface with top leadership so unable to provide what is best about the team. I absolutely have direct contact with my manager who works diligently to communicate company goals and objectives for WLS.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Retirement benefits are of the worst I have seen in my career. AT the start of COVID, the only investment in employees (401k) was cut-off. The message of employee value was clearly set by top management with this action.
