I love my job, I love my co-workers & managers. I do wish my benefits included more vacation time. I hope communication between different departments will improve. Occasionally we need to be more clear with expectations of tasks & projects.

The best thing about my team is our ability to solve problems quickly. We're very capable of getting around issues due to our open communication; we tackle problems from all angles.
What makes you most happy at work?
What makes me happy at work is always having something "worth while" to do. I've had jobs in the past where I have to create work due to a lack of challenges. I love it here! I'm always challenged with time & design constraints. It's fun!
