What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Friendliness for the most part. A few do not have manners like a generic good morning.
What are some of the best things about your team?
A sense of humor in the face of unexpected events and different departments helping the other departments under duress.
What makes you most happy at work?
Serving employees and most certainly customers and vendors making them feel like they are the only one in the world.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I received a .36 cent increase last month. It's been steady over the years, not a lot, but steady. Just relieved to have full medical insurance.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
There is always one bad apple in the barrel, but then life would be perfect. Other than one individual who is middle management, the balance are for me, friendly supportive and appreciative even in my very minor role.
