
I would have to say the work environment.
That we are all on the same page on how we want our department to succeed.
I like that our leadership team values our suggestions and takes action on most of the suggestions we suggest.
I feel that particular departments take on roles of other departments and they are under appreciated for the extra mile they go to keep the customers happy,
personally for me it is that I can come in to work happy and leave in the same state that I came in. That has a lot to do with the with work environment .
