What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I am often not listened to and my time is not valued. I have to fight to serve my customers and even then i am not able to make good headway.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The ineffiencies and struggle to perform my role succesffully is not worth any amount of money to deal with. Our benefits are also nothing to write home about since our insurance deductibles are so high.
