If raises would actually keep up with inflation. If management did not play hometown favorites.

Actually listening to ideas of lower level employees. Stop nickel and dimeing us on suplies and equipment.

Engineering and sales don't communicate effectively. Engineering is overworked and needs more time and staff to catch mistakes before they hit the floor.
