
Management seems to take a genuine interest in employees, both professionally and personally. This is demonstrated by recognizing the work ethic of employees, as well as aspects of their personal lives.
There is not a ton of bureaucracy. Both internal and external standards are respected and adhered to, but thinking outside the box is encouraged in order to overcome the issue while maintaining the quality and safety of the product.
A balance is struck between variety and normalcy. I know what to typically expect day to day at a high level, and that sense of consistency is appreciated. But at the more detailed level, from job to job, I am stimulated with new challenges and experiences.
I appreciate the opportunity to have an annual discussion with my manager about my performance over the past year. Whether or not a raise stems from this review, I know what I can do to improve or keep doing in order to maintain a standard of excellence.
All members of the team are easy to talk to and approach. I don't feel like I need speak to one person before I broach the same topic with another. Also everyone is very willing to help, and the more senior guys are eager to share experience and knowledge.
