I came to shuttleworth 8 years ago and ive been very happy with my progress and the companies ability to recognize when you are doing something good for the company. We need to grow as a team and keep looking forward to the future.

Being able to complete projects to make the company money

The fact that we all pull together when times get tough

They can all work together well but need to do more of it
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The family/friendly work enviroment and the ability to be able to not be stuck in one spot all day.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
There arent really any complaints so i would have to say im glad they are matching us as much as they are in the 401k. I would like to see some profit sharing or something in the future for myself as well as others within the company if it were possible
