It's a fun industry to work in and it has the potential to be a really good place to work, but management drives everything into the ground.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Easy going, shared interests, generally easy to work with.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Focus on offering a quality product rather than increasing the bottoms line.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Culture is dated and nothing to write home about. Environment is fine as long as you don't work on the manufacturing floor.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Ideas have been shot down only to be brought up later and have management take credit for them. At least cover inflation with yearly raises.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Quality is not a priority. Timelines are too aggressive. Management is too prideful to admit mistakes or acknowledge good ideas. There is little to no incentive to do a good job. Make quality a priority, use realistic timelines, and reward people for good work and/or ideas.
