My position is wonderful. I love what I do. The company as a whole could use some more focus on getting quality personnel at the entry levels and a good training program that would ensure quality work and quality product.

They seem to genuinely care about the individual person as well as the company.

I am able to be creative and challenged. I am able to put my talents to good use.

The majority of my specific team always strives for perfection. We all try to do the best job possible.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel the team has a respect for me as a person but that the company doesn't recognize the job that some do that really go above and beyond to really make this place thrive on a daily basis.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I enjoy the immediate people I work with. I have a good working relationship with everyone. The upper management shows a lot of respect to me and entrust a great deal of trust and responsibility in me. I honor and respect that and always strive to do my best.
