The amount of work and responsibility don't seems to match compensation.

Completing tasks and getting a feeling of accomplishment after a long day, week or month.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They give plenty of freedom to allow us to complete our goals without being overwhelmingly involved.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company over all is large, but our building is still small, with around 25 employees. The small business feel makes it feel more like a family than a corporate place of work.
