It is a good company that provides a lot of different solutions for a lot of different industries. The moral and overall culture is not ideal and management does not seem to care about the culture or its employees. The training has not been good either and am constantly in the dark on things.

Overall training, respecting each employee, and not undermining departments.

Work with a lot of great people and have a lot of common interests and values.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Get thrown into a lot of different day to day activities/departments, but am not valued by certain coworkers or management.
