Important decisions are made at our level. That allows experts on the matter to make decisions and have accountability at the same time.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
There is no bureaucracy in the organization which allows decision to be made quicker and within the group that is dealing at close with the challenge.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Salary and PTO. I like the fact that PTO is very flexible and for the most parts you can take the PTO when you need and want.
