We are change on stock capacity standard every season,

Everyone is trying to encourage each other. Everyone is focused on the common goal

The People! Everyone is collaborative, supportive and fun. We sell sneakers, we can't take ourselves too seriously.

The fact that no matter who's in what position, they'll always help you.

The team is focused on moving quickly, getting decisions made and trying to move forward.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

There is a great deal of honesty lacking in this company. Everyone smiles and pretends to be okay with you, and more than many occasions they turn around and stab each other in the back. The office culture feels toxic
