Because we all shoudl be a team

More transparency and honest feedback. Less bias leaders and perhaps having a legitimate open door policy instead of just uttering those words without the action that follows it.

leadership lacks true empathy and needs to work strongly on gaining the trust of employees who actually have the company's best interest at heart. They need to stop favouritism and give all employees a fair chance. There is too much conniving and untruths in teams, making it an unbareble workplace.

For the amount of stress and hours worked, the compensation is far from adequate.

For the amount of stress, the workload and the unwillingness of teams mates to assist one when it's needed, the pay is far from adequate. Accountability and transparancy is servely lacked in my experience.

they need to stop beating me

They need to be more team focused instead of being self-focused. Team members need to work on being honest with themselves first followed by being honest with the team. They need to be held accountable for their actions.

They need to work on their lack of honesty and accountability. Team members are supposed to work together and not against each other, and that is the biggest problem in my experience of working at this company.

There is a great deal of honesty lacking in this company. Everyone smiles and pretends to be okay with you, and more than many occasions they turn around and stab each other in the back. The office culture feels toxic
