What do you like best about the leadership team?
They make me feel valued in my role

Best thing about the leadership team is that they listen and act on employee feedback. Good decisions are amplified, and bad decisions are rescinded or are modified. No one ever gets everything right all the time, but the executive team here is always improving an already fantastic group.

As an individual contributor, I personally do not have much of an interaction with the leadership team. However, I do see them on All-Hands and am invited to a weekly meeting by the C level team. And do see their involvement on a regular bases. I do like that they interact with the larger audience.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Generous benefits in a number of packages tailored to people at different stages of their life. Engineers at the company tend to be very pragmatic, so if anything, we complain about having too many extraneous benefits, though I'm certain many people love them.

For White Space Account Sales teams, Pure Storage offers an Investment plan. Since Large accounts are hard to break into and the sales cycle is long, Pure makes sure to pay a 100% commission until the first sale. This is good because, it does take about 18+ months to land a deal.

What are some of the best things about your team?
The engineering teams are egalitarian and care little about politics. Senior engineers are always willing to help, and new engineers can contribute meaningful projects from day one. As close to a meritocracy with a heart as I have ever seen.

The culture is excellent probably from the product being rock solid. This allows the field team to concentrate on selling and not on customer sat issues because there really are not any!

What did you like most about the interview process?
Questions asked, while sometimes abstract, all have a tie in to important features and methods of development that we use every day. All questions have been vetted, tested, and discussed at great length. I joined in part because of the positive interview experience.
