Best thing about the leadership team is that they listen and act on employee feedback. Good decisions are amplified, and bad decisions are rescinded or are modified. No one ever gets everything right all the time, but the executive team here is always improving an already fantastic group.

As an individual contributor, I personally do not have much of an interaction with the leadership team. However, I do see them on All-Hands and am invited to a weekly meeting by the C level team. And do see their involvement on a regular bases. I do like that they interact with the larger audience.

For White Space Account Sales teams, Pure Storage offers an Investment plan. Since Large accounts are hard to break into and the sales cycle is long, Pure makes sure to pay a 100% commission until the first sale. This is good because, it does take about 18+ months to land a deal.
