I'd like to see better communication and follow through at the division level. Also, having holidays not eat into my PTO is a big deal to me.

What do you like best about the leadership team?
Help for division manager is a must - things go too long before getting done because he/she is not staying on top of everything.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Make holidays a holiday that doesn't cone from PTO. Ensure didvision managers can execute the tasks required on time without being overwhlemed with one task/effort to ensure things don't fall through the cracks. Maybe have deputy or vp division managers.
