I feel empowered to make a difference and have autonomy within my job. Working with the management team feels like we are all a team who share a common vision and are aligned towards our goals.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The Huntsville team has made decisions that have hurt Dayton's ability to work effectively. I have good managers in spite of Huntsville, not because of Huntsville. Also, subs don't have access to VPN and Radiance tools that allow them to be effective at their job.
