Because I like my team and my manager, I get very excited when I know I contribute something that will help us achieve project goals.
What is the best part about your compensation package?

What do you like best about the leadership team?
Communication is regular, concise, and personable. Goals, progress, and vision are delivered in a way that doesn't sound like someone fulfilling an obligation to inform. Rather, it sounds like its being delivered by someone who cares to someone who cares.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team isn't just a group of people whose individual efforts move the ball toward a common goal. My team members each support the efforts of every individual. This mean's every aspect of our projects benefit from the unique strengths and skillsets of every person on our team.
