What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are dedicated to meeting customer goals and needs. The work environment is great. I have worked in Toxic work environments and feel lucky every day to work at Radiance.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Servant Leaders. Accessibility. Believability. Unpretentious. I can talk to them any time for any reason. They genuinely value employee owners and recognize we are the ones interfacing directly with the customer. We will do anything for the customer.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Blue Cross Blue Shield of Alabama PPO is wonderful and my favorite benefit with Radiance. All other insurance companies I have been covered under with previous employers, e.g. CIGNA, Aetna, etc. are absolutely awful and spend more time trying to not pay a claim than paying it. BCBS of Alabama is A+.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being an honest broker. Seeing even the though the assessments and analysis is not what folks want to hear, it is quite rewarding to see it proven right, correct, and honest over time. Other companies like PeopleTec just tell the customer what they want to hear. This is not in customer best interest
