the people I work with are chill and nice to talk to as well as being knowledgeable in their fields
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am clearly underpaid for field/years of experience and my raises to do not match what would bring me close to that despite good reviews

Inflation was high and when asked about it at the last all hands was told nothing would be done about it effectively giving everyone a pay cut
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'm getting paid less than coworkers who haven't been here as long but have the same experience ($30k difference). My friends in the same field who work for other companies in the area are also paid more (also ~$30k difference). And paid fairly would make me feel better.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Because I know what coworkers with the same level of experience are being paid as well as what other companies are paying new employees. I've even talked with my manager about it and they acknowledge it but nothing changed. And being paid a competitive wage would make me feel better.
