My company has been great but I think there is only so much they can do when it comes to the work we do for the customer. I really enjoy my company but have frustrations at my client site that really is something my company tries to help with but can't always completely help with.

Even before moving to Radiance, I had friends at the company and knew about the great reputation, benefits, and people and knew that one day I would join the team when the opportunity presented itself. I have always felt included and love working for my company.

I worked as a sub to Radiance years ago when I was with another company. I was so impressed with Radiance that I took advantage of the opportunity to join and has been better than I even imagined.

My pay is great for what I do

Everyone knows what needs to be done and participates in both the work and enjoys the time away from work as well at company events

Being able to make a difference in my work while knowing my leadership and HR folks are taking care of other things that involve my future

Inclusive and everyone feels like they are a part of the bigger picture. We hear about the decisions being made at the top that could affect us

I get paid very well for what I do and appreciate it so much. It is nice to have a career as long as I have had and be appreciated.

Everyone feels included regardless of your background and the cultural differences actually bring people closer and are celebrated. You always feel like you have the opportunity to be a part of things going on and the leadership never feels distant.

I like knowing that I'm contibuting to very important work and what I do matters and that my leadership will do whatever they can to keep me employed and keep me happy. It makes me want to help give back and do what I can to keep our company on top.

We all work hard but use humor as a conduit between all of us. You can tell that everyone enjoys interaction with each other and look forward to seeing each other. That feeling of being part of a team is so important and makes all of us want to help out when the team needs a hand. Everyone steps up.
