What is the best part about your compensation package?
The annual money dumped into our 401k and ESOP accounts are the main reason why I stay here.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I don't know. I haven't even been introduced to most of them because my "leadership" has zero presence at our work location.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
A complete re-structuring of the org chart. Removal of managers who don't communicate with their employees. Adding charge codes for company events so that off-site personnel can be included.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The organization structure makes absolutely no sense. Additionally, the personnel who work off-site are left out of virtually all company events because they are not allowed to charge for them, while those who work at HQ get to attend while getting paid.
