Overall the experience is positive. I genuinely like all of my coworkers and enjoy the work. It is disheartening to know that I could make more money by leaving the company though, and that always weighs on me as I have to keep the best interest of my family at the forefront of my decisions.

Interacting with my coworkers and solving challenging problems.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team I work on are very collaborative and supportive. All of our team members have a passion for their job and enjoy working together.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I can't speak for the company as a whole, but strong collaboration and a sense of project ownership is the best parts of our local culture.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Action needs to be taken to increase retention. I and many coworkers have noticed that leaving the company results in a >20% raise in pay. This is hurting moral in my team.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The pay for my coworkers and I are about 20% lower than competing companies. Now that more companies nationwide are hiring for remote work, we have seen 6 employees in the last year and a half leave the company to immediate raises. 4 out of the 6 are receiving 50% more base pay.
