I enjoy working at Radiance. I had the opportunity to take on a leadership role. I am not sure if I am performing in my role correctly. It would be nice to have that defined better. It would be nice to be able to guide my employees to develop their trade craft more.

There is opportunity for growth in the company and encouragement to do so.

I don't think any other company invest as much in an employee 401k plan like Radiance.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Most of my team are high performers and want to contribute to the project as much as possible.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership encouraged team building. They make an effort to make the remote members feel like a team.
What makes you most happy at work?
The work is challenging and fun. There are good people to bounce ideas off of and form a solution.

The team is very knowledgeable and shows pride in their work. The team finds the work that they do exciting.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The 401k contribution is the best part of the compensation package. I do not believe there is another company that contributes 15% to a 401k.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive thing is that the executives in the company puts forth an effort to make our growing company feel like a small company. They put forth an effort interact with the folks at the lower levels. This attitude is promoted throughout the company at every level.
