My first 3 years I believed that it was a good company. I devoted enormous amounts of effort into my project, to the point where my health was negatively affected. The last year plus has been frustrating. I've been excluded from a project I helped to build. I don't see a future or path for me here.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The importance of family and work life balance.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
continuing the company culture that drew me to the company
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I lost vacation time to come here. Particularly the major holidays.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Many of them are quite knowledgeable. But I've been made to feel that I'm a pariah on a project that I dumped my heart into.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Radiance claims to foster a positive culture but I've found that is only a veneer. I've been made to be a pariah on a project by the project lead (Amberly Smith) and the entire team treated me as if I wore the scarlet letter.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
I was ostracized on my project by the lead (Amberly Smith), creating a toxic work environment. When I tried to address the issue she gaslighted me and claimed that it wasn't happening. When I sought help from my manager (Amanda Alexander) she did nothing to help and provided no assistance
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I tried to reach out numerous times to project leadership and my manager only to be rebuffed and told that it wasn't happening. I've come to the conclusion that they don't want you to speak honestly. Amberly Smith and Amanda Alexander foster a hostile work environment, they have been unconstrained.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I hold a senior position, yet the last 2 years my manager barely spoke to me during the course of the year. Yet when it came time for my review she had concerns. None of the concerns were discussed during the course of the year when it would have been possible to address them.
