I have enjoyed working for Radiance. In the past 6 months, I have been somewhat disappointed in some of the upper leadership's decisions. People leaving and being fired from the company for things I do not believe warranted such severe penalties. I hope to see this change in the future.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The 401k/ESOP contribution is probably the best thing.
What makes you most happy at work?
The people I work with.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My direct leadership team is very supportive and I feel they care about me as a person and professional.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
For a company that is becoming larger, I enjoy the more small time feel. I hope that doesn't go away as we grow.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is awesome and we seem to work together very well. We seem to have a genuine concern for each other and for our work.
