What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is in it together and gets along well.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
For those who are located off base (ie at the Radiance office) it is a great environment. The rest of us who are on base are forgotten about.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
My coworkers and I feel mistreated and undervalued. When the base closes and we can't work on base, Radiance should be allowing us to work off base for those days instead of forcing us to take PTO. None of us feel like employee owners when those of us on base are basically forgotten about.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Radiance should be paying people more for furthering their education. In no world should an employee pay for (on their own) and get a masters degree in a STEM field only to have their manager say that they can't compensate them for it and that they will only get a mild raise in the fall.
