The professionalism and dedication to the job. We can also have conversation about off work topics as well.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership takes the time to brief us their strategy and they also balance work/ socializing and extracurricular activities such as the Chili Cook-off.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everybody is goal driven and getting the job done. The atmosphere is also relaxed knowing that everyone will do their part to contribute .
