My overall experience is positive with the one exception of the pay but even this issue is in the process of being rectified

The company makes an effort to make sure its employees are taken care of and genuinely listens to concerns that are brought up by any person at any level of the company
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to solve problems and add to the production of the company
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are able to easily communicate and count on one another to help solve problems and maintain accountability
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company takes time to organize events to celebrate our accomplishments and to break up the monotony of constant routines
What makes you most happy at work?
I am most happy when I am able to solve problems and get to a solution to a difficult task
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team seems to genuinely care about the growth of my career and helps to give opportunities for that growth
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am under my industry standard pay but the company is taking steps to move me to the appropriate payscale incrementally

They work with each person and seem to have a vested interest in helping each person they manage informed and improving in the company
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is responsive to what is going on in the project and is able to make sure that there are no major issues in executing the tasks we are required to complete
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive part is the employee engagement events that have even been able to continue in some form during the pandemic and has changed to still offer as much engagement as possible
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I was brought on at a lower rate than my industry standard this issue is currently being addressed but as of this point has not been fully realized if steps are taken to move me closer to industry standards that would help improve my view on my compensation
