It could not be better. I worked for 5 different companies after retirement from 30 years in the military. I found Radiance was by far the best company I've had experience working for. (5 years and counting).

Interaction with people, both in person and phone/virtual meetings

Very interesting work which directly applies to my military expiences

End of year contributions to 401K and ESOP are unmatched in the rest of industry.

Interacting with our customer personnel. Some of these people I have known for several decades.

All of our team are very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I'm proud to be part of it.

The value of treating our people first. It is very infectious and has had a great affect on everyone's attitude.

All levels of the Radiance leadership team has a "small company" attitude. The key is investing in your people which they do from top to bottom

Treating people as if this were still a small company. Goals well articulated, great benefits and great communications up and down the chain. Best company I have worked for!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The 15% bonus at the end of the year. This is unmatched by any other company out there. It makes for a huge incentive to get younger people to stick with Radiance for at least 3 years to become fully vested. By then the company progress and attitude takes over and has them hooked.
