Everyone shares their work and we help each other during "crunch" periods.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Very positive, promotes learning and improving employee skill sets. Also has a "family" feel to our fun activities (picnics, celebrations, etc)
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Excellent bonus based on customer feedback and contract/task wins. Very fair salary increases annually and an excellent ESOP that brings annual bonus (stock and 401K contributions) based on company performance.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Very visible. We have regular "all hands" meetings to discuss everything happening at Radiance from personal things such as weddings, births to new projects/contract wins to comprehensive business reports. We have extremely good technical updates in these meetings and through Radiance University.
