What is the best part about your compensation package?
The annual 401k and ESOP payments are well above average and the PTO is generous from early employment. Health coverage is expensive but comprehensive and has been a good value.

The jovial manner in which business is carried out and completed creates a welcoming environment which I look forward to each day. The quality of work and excellent communication make the tasks clear and accomplishable.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The level of familiarity at all levels of leadership is a welcomed change of pace to previous employers.
