I'm challenged every day at work and have been rewarded for the work I do since beginning at Radiance. My manager believes in me and encourages me every time we see each other.

I'm satisfied as an employee at Radiance Technology because they have been good to me. They have supported me when I needed them and when I have asked for help. They have been hands down the best place that I have ever worked at in my career.

The team that has been selected to work on this program are the most professional and fun loving bunch of people

My counterparts are great to work with and don't mind sharing their knowledge to help me grow. My manager is awesome, he cares for his personnel and is always there for me.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
My medical benefits are great & the time off we accrue is another great benefit. I also like the fact that the company is sm. and employee owned. Companies that become bigger & become corporations like Boeing, LM, etc. loose employees because the money seems to be more important than the people.
