I have friends who work in other companies, and I can assure everyone that I meet that I have it better than they do. Radiance has managed to keep our goals aligned with our values, and they have valued the employee owner.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
Radiance has been good to me. I often compare my situation with my other college buddies, and it is clear that I have had it better. However, over the last year that lust luster has fallen off. Key people around me left for several reasons, and it just has not been the same place as it was at first.

This new team is young and spunky

There is a variety of perks.

Accomplishing tasks with a competent team.

They are approachable, and they communicate clearly with the company.

Accomplishing difficult tasks, and owning a particular piece of work.

I believe that they are genuine people that are trying their best.

What are the high points for me are the ESOP, insurance, and PTO,

It does not feel big to the point my voice is not heard.

The best parts for me would have to be the ESCOP, medical, and 401k,

I would have to say that my coworkers are what makes me the most happy at work.

We are a close knit group of people, and there is a trust that runs between us all.

They are interactive with the entire company. I know who they are, and what they do for the company.

We are very close knit. Everyone is professional, but we always have a few good laughs in the office.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
In comparison to other companies, I feel that there is a sense of the Radiance spirit that is permeated through our corportation.

They foster an environment that does not make you dread coming to work. You clearly know how your job effects the warfighter.
What makes you most happy at work?
I would have to say that completing tasks, doing team events, and winning new awards to continue work makes me happy at work.

Radiance attracts a certain kind of people. No one is lazy, everyone is team oriented, and we are all problem solvers from the CEO to the janitor.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The are active with the company. They are not distant like others I hear about. At every event I can count on them being there, and with any leadership mentoring I always see them participating.

It is a close knit group that has to overcome a lot of struggles to emerge as a significant group compared to where we were a year ago. We lookout for each other, and do the best we can to make everyone succed
