Everyone tries really hard to work together - No matter the skill level. Seniors help juniors, and juniors aren't treated as lesser. Everyone is respected.

Everyone is invested in their work - they're passionate about development. They're also balanced when it comes to work and life. No one is overworking themselves or burning out, and there is a real sense of community.
