Over a decade, it has been overwhelmingly positive. I have yet to see another organization that can match the benefits, culture, and team.

A higher rate of pay

They are passionate about what they do and eager to learn more.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our genuinely good people working hard to do right by our customers.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They provide a good overview of the information I need without bombarding me with too much.
What are some of the best things about your team?
All of them are team players producing quality work. I am astonished at how good a group we have and happy to have them.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I am surrounded by a bunch of genuinely good people all doing their best to support our customers and the company. Nobody is skating by and everybody has a positive attitude.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love my job. The work I do doesn't feel like work. Also, being embedded with my customer means I get to work around the people using the tools I make. I get instant feedback.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They take the time to let us know about the company at the big-picture level and what to expect. And despite the amazing benefits we currently get, they are looking at ways to expand them. This is a major competative advantage and I am glad they realize this.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Bring back bonuses or at least let us know why we are not getting them and what we can do to get them. Last I heard, they were only going to those who were "growing the business". That is fine, but those of us who are working just as hard to keep our current customers overjoyed are being shorted.
