ESOP. 15% retirement. Cadillac PPO health insurance plan. Flexible work schedule. Competitive pay. Not happy that I had to sacrifice 2 weeks of annual leave when changing jobs.
What makes you most happy at work?
Having an office to myself (cubicles are of the devil). A team that builds each other up. Leadership that is managing risk and keeping us headed in the right direction. Oh ... and the sonic ice machine in HQ. :)
