The transparency with employees, and the dedication and love they show for the company and it's employees.

The uniqueness of each individual with the ability to work extremely effectively together, as well as the flexibility and eagerness to help their coworkers when in need.

Leadership treats it's employees with the understanding that we all contribute to the organization's success. They go above and beyond to make sure we're happy, satisfied, and understood.

My team works very hard, is very task-oriented, and very focused. Even when the work gets hard, none of them forget to laugh a little and have fun.

It's not just a place of work, it's a place that shows their appreciation for you, and the work that you do. The culture is supportive and very friendly.
What makes you most happy at work?
The ability to learn. Everybody is always so flexible with their individual schedules to accommodate a coworker in need of assistance, as well as the various resources provided to help us grow in our roles.

The opportunities to learn more through my work and the experience that comes with it make me the happiest. Whether that be daily tasks, or organization sponsored events and learnings, there's always room for growth.
