More open communication, especially with regard to potential sale of company.

They just do not work the way I do, and it creates lots of frustration and stress for me.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am not totally certain that I am underpaid. I just hear some things here and there that make me question.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
For me personally, I have a tech lead that is on a power trip, and has to have everything their way. Even when they acknowledge that their way is probably not the best way to do things.
