A raise process that better reflects my increase in value.

The culture is encouraging, engaging, and fun while pushing each other to succeed.

Comp Time easily. The convenience and flexibility of work hours and the option of being remote when needed.

They are helpful, smart, encouraging, and fun to be around. Working is a lot of fun with this team.

Everyone seems invested in each other succeeding. There are so many people eager to help when someone else is struggling.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are personable, approachable, and kind. They are encouraging and push people to be their best while helping them through their weak spots. They are instructive and overall happy.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that the raise process may not fully encompass the increase in value of the individual. I would feel better if raises were given based more on the value that the individual provides.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like their investment in employees professional development. They really take the time to push people to pursue their professional goals and provides helpful resources for accomplishing those goals! They really show that they care.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It all rounds out to a nice package. Personally I like that radiance provides flexibility with "comp time" that allows employees to work extra voluntarily, but then take off some time without using PTO. It is a really nice perk!
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are helpful and encouraging. My team has gone above and beyond when it comes to helping my professional development. They are also just fun to work with as we share interest exchange jokes and cultivate a culture of friendship.
