A good company that has been very successful winning and managing contracts. I would like to understand if our CEO has a big, audacious goal for the company, where he envisions Radiance in 5 or 10 years, and how our near-term pursuits (and possibly "I") align with our strategic plan to get there.

Knowing to expecting 15% for 401k and ESOP is great.

I get to work with many positive people who are willing to help when asked.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
1.) Ask about my professional goals. Been here over two years and have never been asked about my goals or counseled face-to-face on my performance. (Sends the message of not really caring about where I would like to grow.) 2.) Look to hire within before going outside the company.
