I have worked for several contractors in my career and Radiance has been the most positive. The management team always make themselves available to you and every team member from HR to IT are always so helpful which is important when you are located off site.

I like the fact that they take the time to ask about you and your family. They put your family first understanding and supporting work/life balance.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I appreciate the health insurance cost and coverage especially after hearing horrible stories from friends and the coverage or lack of they have and the cost.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Since we are separated it is hard to really be a "team". I enjoy and appreciate the efforts that our management team puts in to getting us together for lunches and other social activities so that we can get together.
