Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The role in which I serve pays roughly $30,000 annually within my same city working for USSF as opposed to the Army and our government customer puts us down and consistently attempts to undermine my ability and skillset when working a project.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everybody cares about each other as a person before a coworker. The amount of empathy and accountability within our team is something I haven't experienced in over a decade. We all demand excellence out of each other and continuously strive to push each other to be better humans.
