Radiance has been incredible. I came to Radiance from a very large, Global defense contractor. The small company feel and the focus on the employees was such an incredible change. Additionally, the great health coverage and the amazing retirement benefits make we want to stay at Radiance.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
Overall I've loved Radiance and have been so grateful for my time here. However, within the last year there appears to be some issues with upper management within the company with significant turnover and some unforced errors that may result in inability to retain incumbency.

The communication with the Company appears to remain strong.

The company truly appears to be employee-focused, which I think is rare.
What makes you most happy at work?
Working with my teammates and Customer engineers to solve difficult engineering challenges.

The Company contribution to the 401k/ESOP is amazing. Additionally the Medical Benefits are very robust.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I enjoy the company events held at our Headquarters. Especially the Master's Putt Putt event.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are focused on what is best for the employee and they provide frequent communication to the employees.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone on my team has a great Customer-focus and are willing to help each other out to meet our goals.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My direct leadership is very interested in keeping the Team informed and happy. Executive leadership has had a lot of turnover and I've lost some faith in the direction of the company.
